BrowserHat exists for legitimate privacy, account-management, verification and QA work. It is not a tool for fraud, deception of consumers, or circumventing the law.

Prohibited uses

Prohibited uses include spam, large-scale fake-account creation aimed at fraud, payment fraud, harassment, and any activity that violates the terms of the platforms you operate on.

You may not use BrowserHat to break the law in any jurisdiction where you operate.

Your accountability

You are accountable for how you use isolated profiles, proxies and automation.

Respect platform rules and applicable regulations in every jurisdiction you operate in.

Enforcement
